Emmy Rossum to become listed on 'Beautiful Creatures'

Rossum"Shameless" star Emmy Rossum is within final discussions to become listed on the cast of Warner Bros. and Alcon Entertainment's supernatural love story "Beautiful Animals."Richard LaGravenese will direct from their own adaptation from the first novel in Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl's popular number of books, the 3 which were released by Little Brown Books.Occur the South, story follows two star-entered teenage enthusiasts -- a nearby boy along with a mysterious new girl -- who uncover dark secrets regarding their families, their background and their town.Jack O'Connell and Alice Englert are going to star alongside Viola Davis and Emma Thompson. Rossum will have Ridley, Englert's cousin who grew to become a dark witch on her behalf 16th birthday, which switched the 2 women into opponents.Erwin Stoff is creating with Alcon cake toppers Broderick Manley and Andrew Kosove. Pic begins shooting the following month in New Orleans.Rossum's past feature credits include "Mystic River," "The Next Day Of Tomorrow," "The Phantom from the Opera" and "Poseidon."
